We do not offer free returns. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Products must be in original condition and packaging
- No signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection
- Hygiene-related items must be clean before returning
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
- Defective products must be reported upon delivery
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage outside our responsibility.
How to request a return
Email us at support@oakhavenlondon.com and include:
- Your full name and shipping address
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if item is damaged
Important: Never send returns back to the sender address. We will provide the correct return address once your request is received.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed. Just let us know by email.
Once we’ve received the returned goods in acceptable condition, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Transit and Cancellation
Orders are processed immediately and may be shipped from overseas (e.g. Asia). Cancellation is not possible once your item has been dispatched. If the item is already on its way, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
Return address
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (Oakhaven London Warehouse Asia). The address will be provided upon request. Return costs are paid by the customer.
